Ingredients

100 g ripe banana (about 1)
65 g peanut butter
20 g agave syrup
235 g plain plant-based yogurt
Did you ever eat frozen fruit yogurt as a child? These popsicles are very reminiscent of that. They are so simple to make, the perfect summer snack for when you have little time โ€” of course you must wait for them to freeze. Once made, just keep them in the freezer and they will always be ready to serve.

Tips

I recommend making many so you always have some available in the freezer for a last-minute cool snack. You can play with different fruits. The peanut butter used in this recipe is the Koro brand and also contains mixed seeds.
